Nature, Movement & Creative Journaling Retreat
Join us for a nourishing day of gentle yoga, creativity, nature connection, and mindful reflection in a beautiful garden setting. Designed to inspire and restore, this retreat offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your creativity through movement, observation, and illustrative journaling.
Programme:
9:30am – Arrival & Welcome
Settle into the space, enjoy a warm welcome, and take time to relax before the day begins.
10:00am – 11:15am | Nature-Inspired Yoga overlooking the Fowey River
A gentle, accessible yoga practice suitable for all levels, inspired by the rhythms and elements of nature. Move mindfully, breathe deeply, and connect with your surroundings.
11:15am – 11:45am | Refreshment Break
Enjoy a selection of tea, coffee, water, juices, healthy bites, and homemade cake while connecting with fellow guests.
11:45am – 1:00pm | Creative Drawing & Illustrated Journaling
Explore nature-inspired drawing techniques and creative journaling prompts designed to encourage observation, self-expression, and mindful creativity. No artistic experience is necessary - simply bring curiosity and an open mind.
1:00pm – 1:45pm | Light Lunch
A relaxed homemade picnic lunch with wholesome food and time to unwind.
1:45pm – 2:15pm | Garden Connection Walk & Talk
A guided sensory walk through the gardens, offering opportunities for reflection, conversation, inspiration, and deeper connection with the beauty of ‘Place’ and the natural world.
2:30pm | Closing Circle & Gratitude Gathering
We will come together to reflect on the day's experiences and share gratitude.
